The holding company, Jebsen & Jessen (GmbH & Co.) KG, was founded in 1909 and is based in the port city of Hamburg. Operating as an independent export trading company since the end of the 1950s, they form an important link between customers and suppliers in more than 100 countries worldwide. The enterprise is part of the family-owned and globally operating Jebsen & Jessen Group, which employs over 7,000 people worldwide. With its sister companies, Jebsen & Co. in Hong Kong and Jebsen & Jessen SEA, headquartered in Singapore, the group is also strongly represented in the all-important Asian market. The subsidiary, Jebsen & Jessen Chemicals GmbH, was founded out of the traditional chemical business departments of Jebsen & Jessen (GmbH & Co.) KG and has 30 years of experience in the chemical field. We established the new division to develop our service, to specialize even more on our products and - most important - to expand the focus on our customers. We serve the markets in Europe, Africa, Asia, Middle East, Central and South America. In most of the countries we are represented by our own wide network of sales agents and distribution partners. This safeguards the direct contact to our customers.
